KINGDOM OF HAWAI’I
POST ELECTION ACTION PROGRAM
On November 15, 2009 the independent election monitor will report the election voting results. The following are the post election actions to be undertaken by the restored Kingdom government.

The swearing in of the elected President and Vice President as specified in the Restoration Constitution.

The signing of the Restoration Constitution by the President of the Kingdom. This signing formally adopts the Restoration Constitution as the Constitution of the Kingdom and pursuant to the terms of the Constitution constitutes the formal establishment of the government of the Kingdom with all of the rights and prerogatives to exercise governance of the islands of the Hawaiian Archipelago and its peoples.

The filing of the Kingdom’s application for membership in the General Assembly of the United Nations undertaken with the support of nations which have committed to support the Kingdom’s membership in the General Assembly.

the appointment by the President of the Kingdom of the initial members of his staff and the appointment of ministers to oversee government key government agencies, including cabinet level appointments to the offices of:
1. Secretary of State, Dept of State 2. Commissioner of Sacred Lands, Dept of Sacred Lands. 3. Land Commissioner, National Land Commission. 4. Genocide Commissioner, National Genocide Commission 5. Secretary of Commerce, Dept of Commerce and Employment
- Establish and implement an ongoing Kingdom Outreach program by the President and Vice President to conduct Town Hall Meetings and to meet with civic and political organizations and groups throughout the Islands and on the U. S. mainland in order to provide information about the government, Restoration Constitution, the Kingdom’s policies regarding relationships with the United States and other nations and as regards the Parliamentary elections to be held in January of 2010.
- To establish diplomatic relations with other nations including the reinstatement of previous Kingdom treaties and the exchange of Ambassadors; the opening of consular offices in other nations.
- To continue to seek dialogue and negotiations with the United States in order to establish effective working relationships between our countries based in mutual respect and in recognition of the sovereign, political and military rights and needs of both nations.
